What is the process to get a website?
Once you get in touch with, I'll guide you through a few simple questions to get an idea of what you need. If I can help you, I'll arrange a call at a mutually convenient time to discuss the details. Once I have all I need, I'll get started on the first draft for you ro review. No money exchanges hands until you have a completed website that you're happy with, and nothing is signed when I start the work, so you're not committed to anything.
Do you visit my premises?
Not usually. The way I keep our costs down, and my prices low, is by streamlining my process and removing all non-vital parts of the traditional web design process. Visiting a client takes up my time and the client's time. If I visit 10 clients, that's 5 days of work lost. With a video call (or a telephone call, if you prefer), I can all be far more productive. On the odd ocassion, I do visit our clients, depending on the work.
How long have you been in business?
Since 2007. Prior to that, I was a co-founder in an IT and web design company. I spent 5 years building ecommerce sites for a 3rd party shopping cart company, as well as business websites for companies across multiple sectors, from trasdesmen to dentists, chiropractors and coaches.
Why aren't you on Social Media?
Because my clients are not on Social Media. Companies take to Social Media to grow their brands and drum up business. I serve busy small business owners who have no time for Social Media, so I don't use up valuable time there. That said, I have been delivering SEO campaigns for many years, and Social Media campaigns alongside that, as part of a well-rounded digital strategy.
